قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (136) لسنة 2023
بشأن اللائحة الفنية لكفاءة استهلاك الطاقة للمحركات الكهربائية في دولة الإمارات

مجلس الوزراء،
بعد الاطلاع على الدستور،
وعلى المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (20) لسنة 2020 بشأن المواصفات والمقاييس،
وبناءً على ما عرضه وزير الصناعة والتكنولوجيا المتقدمة، وموافقة مجلس الوزراء،
تُعد اللائحة الفنية لكفاءة استهلاك الطاقة للمحركات الكهربائية، والمبينة رقمها وعنوانها في الجدول المرفق بهذا القرار، لائحة فنية إلزامية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
على كافة الجهات المعنية القائمة وقت العمل بهذا القرار، توفيق أوضاعها بما يتفق وأحكامه خلال (365) ثلاثمائة وخمساً وستين يوماً من تاريخ العمل به.
يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية، ويُعمل به من اليوم التالي لتاريخ نشره.

Concerning the Technical Regulation for Energy Consumption Efficiency of Electric Motors in the United Arab
Emirates
The Cabinet of Ministers,
Having reviewed the Constitution,
And Federal Decree-Law No. (20) of 2020 on Standardization and Metrology,
And based on the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and the approval of the Cabinet of Ministers,
The Technical Regulation for Energy Consumption Efficiency of Electric Motors, whose number and title are specified in the table attached to this Resolution, is hereby considered a mandatory technical regulation in the United Arab Emirates.
All concerned authorities existing at the time of this Resolution's entry into force must align their conditions with its provisions within (365) three hundred and sixty-five days from its effective date.
This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect on the day following the date of its publication.
