قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (23) لسنة 2022
بشأن إلزامية اللوائح الفنية الخاصة بكفاءة استهلاك الطاقة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة
مجلس الوزراء:
بعد الاطلاع على الدستور،
- وعلى القانون الاتحادي رقم (1) لسنة 1972 بشأن اختصاصات الوزارات وصلاحيات الوزراء، وتعديلاته،
- وعلى القانون الاتحادي رقم (10) لسنة 2018 بشأن سلامة المنتجات، وتعديلاته،
- وعلى المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (20) لسنة 2020 بشأن المواصفات والمقاييس،
- وعلى قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (36) لسنة 2013 بشأن تطبيق مواصفة قياسية إلزامية لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة،
- وبناءً على ما عرضه وزير الصناعة والتكنولوجيا المتقدمة، وموافقة مجلس الوزراء،
قرر:
المادة (1)
تُطبق اللوائح الفنية "المواصفات القياسية الإماراتية المعتمدة" الخاصة في مجال استهلاك الطاقة، والمبينة أرقامها وعناوينها في الجدول المرفق بهذا القرار، بصفة إلزامية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
المادة (2)
على كافة الجهات المعنية القائمة وقت العمل بهذا القرار توفيق أوضاعها بما يتفق وأحكامه خلال (180) يوماً من تاريخ العمل به.
المادة (3)
يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية، ويُعمل به من اليوم التالي لتاريخ نشره.

Regarding the Mandatory Technical Regulations for Energy Consumption Efficiency in the United Arab Emirates
The Cabinet of Ministers:
Having reviewed the Constitution,
- And Federal Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the competencies of ministries and the powers of ministers, and its amendments,
- And Federal Law No. (10) of 2018 concerning product safety, and its amendments,
- And Federal Decree-Law No. (20) of 2020 concerning specifications and metrology,
- And Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. (36) of 2013 concerning the application of a mandatory standard specification for the United Arab Emirates,
- And based on the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and the approval of the Cabinet of Ministers,
Has decided:
Article (1)
The technical regulations "Approved UAE Standard Specifications" related to energy consumption, whose numbers and titles are listed in the table attached to this resolution, shall be mandatorily applied in the United Arab Emirates.
Article (2)
All concerned authorities existing at the time of this resolution's enforcement must reconcile their situations in accordance with its provisions within (180) days from its effective date.
Article (3)
This resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect on the day following its publication date.
