قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (157) لسنة 2025
بشأن اللوائح الفنية لمتطلبات كفاءة استهلاك الطاقة للمكيفات
ذات السعة الصغيرة والكبيرة
مجلس الوزراء،
بعد الاطلاع على الدستور،
وعلى المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (20) لسنة 2020 بشأن المواصفات والمقاييس،
وعلى قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (3) لسنة 2020 بشأن إلزامية المواصفات القياسية الخاصة بقطاع الكهرباء في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة،
وبناءً على ما عرضه وزير الصناعة والتكنولوجيا المتقدمة، وموافقة مجلس الوزراء،
قرر:
المادة (1)
تُعد اللوائح الفنية لمتطلبات كفاءة استهلاك الطاقة للمكيفات ذات السعة الصغيرة والكبيرة، والمبينة أرقامها وعناوينها في الجدول المرفق بهذا القرار، لوائح فنية إلزامية التطبيق في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
المادة (2)
على كافة الجهات المعنية القائمة وقت العمل بهذا القرار، توفيق أوضاعها بما يتفق وأحكامه خلال (365) ثلاثمائة وخمساً وستين يوماً من تاريخ العمل به.
المادة (3)
يُلغى العمل بقرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (3) لسنة 2020 بشأن إلزامية المواصفات القياسية الخاصة بقطاع الكهرباء في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وكما يُلغى كل حكم يُخالف أو يتعارض مع أحكام هذا القرار.
المادة (4)
يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية، ويُعمل به من اليوم التالي لتاريخ نشره.

Concerning the Technical Regulations for Energy Consumption Efficiency Requirements for Air Conditioners
of Small and Large Capacities
The Cabinet,
Having reviewed the Constitution,
And Federal Decree-Law No. (20) of 2020 on Standardization and Metrology,
And Cabinet Decision No. (3) of 2020 on the Mandatory Application of Standard Specifications for the Electricity Sector in the United Arab Emirates,
And based on the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and the approval of the Cabinet,
Has decided:
Article (1)
The technical regulations for the energy consumption efficiency requirements for air conditioners of small and large capacities, whose numbers and titles are specified in the table attached to this Decision, shall be considered mandatory technical regulations in the United Arab Emirates.
Article (2)
All concerned entities existing at the time this Decision comes into force shall adjust their status to comply with its provisions within (365) three hundred and sixty-five days from the date it takes effect.
Article (3)
Cabinet Decision No. (3) of 2020 on the Mandatory Application of Standard Specifications for the Electricity Sector in the United Arab Emirates shall be repealed, and any provision that contravenes or conflicts with the provisions of this Decision shall also be repealed.
Article (4)
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the day following the date of its publication.
