نحن خليفة بن زايد آل نهيان، حاكم أبوظبي.

بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974 بإعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي في إمارة أبوظبي والقوانين المعدلة له.

وعلى القانون رقم (2) لسنة 1998 في شأن تنظيم قطاع الماء والكهرباء في إمارة أبوظبي والقوانين المعدلة له.

وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (4) لسنة 2015 بإعادة تشكيل مجلس إدارة هيئة مياه وكهرباء أبوظبي.

وبناء على ما عرض على المجلس التنفيذي، وموافقة المجلس عليه.

أصدرنا المرسوم الآتي:

يُعاد تشكيل مجلس إدارة هيئة مياه وكهرباء أبوظبي برئاسة سعادة / عبد الله علي مصلح الأحبابي، وعضوية كل من أصحاب السعادة والسادة:

1. مصبح مبارك مصبح المرر: بلدية مدينة أبوظبي
2. عامر حسين محمد الحمادي: مجلس أبوظبي للتخطيط العمراني
3. مصبح خميس ناصر حمد المزروعي: جهاز أبوظبي للاستثمار
4. خليفة علي محمد القمزي: جهاز أبوظبي للاستثمار
5. د. سيف سلطان الناصري: شركة بترول أبوظبي الوطنية
6. أحمد خليفة سيف خليفة القبيسي: شركة بترول أبوظبي الوطنية

مدة عضوية المجلس ثلاث سنوات قابلة للتجديد.

يُنفذ هذا المرسوم من تاريخ صدوره، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi.

Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 on the Reorganization of the Governmental Apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amending laws,

And Law No. (2) of 1998 Concerning the Regulation of the Water and Electricity Sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amending laws,

And Emiri Decree No. (4) of 2015 on the Reconstitution of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority,

And based on the proposal submitted to the Executive Council and the approval thereof,

We have issued the following Decree:

The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority shall be reconstituted under the chairmanship of His Excellency / Abdullah Ali Musleh Al Ahbabi, and with the membership of the following gentlemen:

1. Musabbah Mubarak Musabbah Al Murar: Abu Dhabi City Municipality
2. Amer Hussein Mohammed Al Hammadi: Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council
3. Musabbah Khamis Nasser Hamad Al Mazrouei: Abu Dhabi Investment Authority
4. Khalifa Ali Mohammed Al Qamzi: Abu Dhabi Investment Authority
5. Dr. Saif Sultan Al Nasseri: Abu Dhabi National Oil Company
6. Ahmed Khalifa Saif Khalifa Al Qubaisi: Abu Dhabi National Oil Company

The term of the Board’s membership shall be three years, renewable.

This Decree shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
