تعرفة كهرباء خاصة للموصولين بشبكة نقل لشركة الإمارات
العالمية للألمنيوم
بعد الاطلاع على قرار المجلس التنفيذي رقم (40) لسنة 2023 بشأن تعرفة خاصة للموصولين بشبكة نقل الكهرباء، قرر المجلس التنفيذي ما يأتي:
- الموافقة على تطبيق تعرفة كهرباء خاصة للموصولين بشبكة نقل لشركة الإمارات العالمية للألمنيوم بتعرفة تتراوح من 12 إلى 21 فلساً/ كيلو واط ساعة.
- الإيعاز إلى دائرة الطاقة للتنسيق مع شركة الإمارات العالمية للألمنيوم وشركة مياه وكهرباء الإمارات بالتالي:
- التأكد من استمرار شركة الإمارات العالمية للألمنيوم بتحمل ودفع تكاليف إزالة الانبعاثات الكربونية.
- الالتزام بضمان تخفيض الدعم الحكومي بمتوسط يبلغ (34) مليون درهم كحد أدنى سنوياً.
- تمكين شركة مياه وكهرباء الإمارات من الاستفادة من عقد الغاز المنقول لها من شركة الإمارات العالمية للألمنيوم، دون قصر استخدامه على المحطة المنقولة إليها فقط.
- الإيعاز إلى دائرة الطاقة بمراجعة التعرفة كل خمس سنوات ورفع التوصيات بشأنها إلى المجلس التنفيذي.

Executive Council Resolution No. (134) for the year 2025
Special Electricity Tariff for those connected to the transmission network of Emirates
Global Aluminium
Having reviewed Executive Council Resolution No. (40) for the year 2023 concerning a special tariff for those connected to the electricity transmission network, the Executive Council has decided the following:
- Approval to apply a special electricity tariff for those connected to the transmission network of Emirates Global Aluminium with a tariff ranging from 12 to 21 Fils/kWh.
- To instruct the Department of Energy to coordinate with Emirates Global Aluminium and Emirates Water and Electricity Company as follows:
- Ensuring that Emirates Global Aluminium continues to bear and pay the costs of carbon emission removal.
- Commitment to ensure the reduction of government subsidy by an average of at least (34) million dirhams annually.
- Enabling Emirates Water and Electricity Company to benefit from the gas contract transferred to it from Emirates Global Aluminium, without restricting its use only to the station to which it is transferred.
- To instruct the Department of Energy to review the tariff every five years and submit its recommendations to the Executive Council.
