بشأن تشكيل مجلس إدارة شركة مياه وكهرباء الإمارات
قرر المجلس التنفيذي ما يأتي:

يشكل مجلس إدارة شركة مياه وكهرباء الإمارات (شركة مساهمة عامة) برئاسة سعادة / محمد حسن السويدي وعضوية كل من أصحاب السعادة والسادة:
- محمد محمد صالح - نائباً للرئيس
- جاسم حسين أحمد ثابت
- عيسى سيف القبيسي
- جون ماكارثي

تكون مدة عضوية مجلس الإدارة أربع سنوات قابلة للتجديد.

Concerning the Formation of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Water and Electricity Company
The Executive Council has decided the following:

The Board of Directors of the Emirates Water and Electricity Company (a public joint-stock company) shall be formed under the chairmanship of His Excellency / Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi, with the membership of the following Excellencies and gentlemen:
- Mohamed Mohamed Saleh - Vice Chairman
- Jasim Husain Ahmed Thabet
- Eisa Saif Alqubaisi
- John McCarthy

The term of membership of the Board of Directors shall be four years, renewable.
