• بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974 بإعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي في إمارة أبوظبي وتعديلاته.
• وعلى القانون رقم (2) لسنة 2018 بتأسيس شركة أبوظبي التنموية القابضة "شركة مساهمة عامة".
• وعلى القانون رقم (3) لسنة 2019 بشأن شركة مؤسسة أبوظبي للطاقة.
• وعلى قرار رئيس المجلس التنفيذي رقم (26) لسنة 2017 بتشكيل اللجنة العليا بشأن قطاع الماء والكهرباء في إمارة أبوظبي.
• وبناءً على ما عُرض على المجلس التنفيذي، وموافقة المجلس عليه.
• أصدرنا القرار الآتي:

المادة الأولى

دون المساس بأي من اختصاصات اللجنة العليا بشأن قطاع الماء والكهرباء في إمارة أبوظبي الواردة في أي تشريع، ولأغراض تطبيق أحكام القانون رقم (3) لسنة 2019 المشار إليه، تكون شركة أبوظبي التنموية القابضة السلطة المعنية بدلاً من اللجنة العليا بشأن قطاع الماء والكهرباء في إمارة أبوظبي.

المادة الثانية

يُلغى كل نص أو حكم يُخالف أو يتعارض مع أحكام هذا القرار.

المادة الثالثة

يُنفذ هذا القرار من تاريخ صدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

We, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince, Chairman of the Executive Council.

• Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 on the Reorganization of the Governmental Apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments.
• And Law No. (2) of 2018 Establishing Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company "Public Joint Stock Company".
• And Law No. (3) of 2019 Regarding the Abu Dhabi Power Corporation.
• And Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution No. (26) of 2017 Forming the Higher Committee for the Water and Electricity Sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
• And based on what was presented to the Executive Council, and the Council's approval thereof.
• We have issued the following Resolution:

Article One

Without prejudice to any of the competencies of the Higher Committee for the Water and Electricity Sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi set forth in any legislation, and for the purposes of applying the provisions of the aforementioned Law No. (3) of 2019, the Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company shall be the concerned authority instead of the Higher Committee for the Water and Electricity Sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Article Two

Any text or provision that contravenes or conflicts with the provisions of this Resolution shall be repealed.

Article Three

This Resolution shall be implemented from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
